I double checked and it is the WHT/BLK wire that connects to B+ (through 100K) to close the contactors.

The two wires are labeled: "external charge enable 1 and external charge enable 2" on my schematic from Zero. WHT/BRN is # 1 and WHT/BLK is #2. Since only #2 had a corresponding pin in the Delta-Q Andersen connector it is the only one I worked with. It's possible that either wire would work the same if pulled up to B+ through the resistor.
