AXE 4855 not powering up

I have a AXE 4855  that is not powering up  ( no LED )

I get that it's a sealed/potted device.

Has anyone figured out a way to bring them back to life.  mine worked until I removed the PMG-132 motor to replace the brushes,  now it will not power up.

I know how to troubleshoot and repair ac/dc and dc/dc power supplies,    has anyone found where the fuse location would be etc ?  possibly I can use something to dig out or dissolve the potting compound around the effected area.

I just do not have the cash to get a new or used controller right now.
