Pikes Peak is this weekend. Practice tomorrow through Friday, race Sunday.

The race entry list has 6 electric cars and 3 electric bikes. Some of the EV cars may be able to reach an overall podium, though I am not sure about fastest overall. Jeremiah Johnson will be riding the 100 kW Brutus V2 Rocket, which should be able to do very well against the gas bikes. He did race Pikes Peak last year for the first time, so he will have a bit of track experience this year.

I am planning to fly in Friday evening. Not sure what's going on Saturday. After the Sunday race I'm heading up to visit friends in Denver for a couple of days.

Anyone else planning to go?
