My Zero would definitely benefit from this software update but going through the dealer is such a pain in the ASS! Never have I ever experienced shittier service in my life.

My Zero recall is completed.   The local dealer (Big Twin BMW/Zero) in Boise, ID is great.   Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, all riders and motorcycle enthusiasts and they go over the top in terms of service.

My worst dealership experiences were when I owned Buells.   That was a nightmare every time that I needed a part or warranty issue taken care of.   My Zero ownership experience is 100X better than that and it has nothing to do with the brand and everything to do with the local shop and the people who work there.

I agree, the dealer can make or break your motorcycle ownership experience.

Agreed, my dealer is working hard to help me even with the situation regarding Zero in the UK.

Needless to say, this Dealer is a keeper! :)
