Hi guy

If you feel the bars on the xu are too high and if you want to duck down and reduce some drag it feel uncomfortable. Here's an option. Just put them on backwards and rotate them to the aft of the bike.

Backwards and rotated aft and shortend by 3" moved the kill switch inboad of the brake lever to shorten the bars as much as possible.

Going old School. Looks Good. I am much too large for the XU at 5'11 and, 220 lbs.
Presently if I try to get out of the wind, it is rather uncomfortable. How is the
ride with this setup?

More comfortable when you duct down to slipstream your arms in close to the body. The other set up put alot of stress on your shoulder if you do the same arms are way out. I like it better...

Prototype done, street testing weather permitting. Final product will made from clear poly-carbonate .125" with the Zero logo engraved in fairing.

I scale the Windshield larger about 15% 12" high by flat width about 18". Also added more engraving, but tis can be customized to display any thing that the customer want's; name comments.... I will add your comments for additional cost of $15US I can do pattern and logos also but would have to quote logos separately upon request.
