FS My eVFR project
« on: January 20, 2013, 09:35:22 AM »

Went through all my stuff and took pictures and got prices for everything. Prices are OBO and buyer pays shipping.

(Click picture to go to my gallery for lots of pictures):

Batteries/BMS/Bussbar

  • Headway Batteries are 38120s 10ah and $10 each must buy at least 160, but 360 are available (all from the same batch). I have spares that I will include free. These have not been discharged. They've been maintained at about 75% SOC and have been binned according to IR.
  • Bussbar for 5p is $100 for a 32S5P setup (2 available)
  • Elithion is $600 for 24 mid boards and 4 positive and 4 negative with soc gauge, 600a sensor and 20a charge sensor with a connector kit and OBD-II bluetooth connector to interface with Android.
(note: The entire batch of Batteries, bussbar and BMS could be put together to build a 64S5P pack for 204.8V/50Ah and 10kWh, or anything smaller)

Motor/Controller/accessories
  • Ac20 motor is $900 (No controller, but I can easily get a used 1238-7601 or new 1238-6501 for extra)
  • Curtis 1236-6301 300A 72V AC controller $500
  • HPEVS Opto Isolator for Tachometer interface $50
  • 300A 72V fuse $5
  • Water cooled heat sink for 1238 and extruded exchanger $125
  • Finned heat sink for 1238 $75
  • GEM GE Sepex controller IC3645SR7A363T4 350A 72/80V new, with Ampseal connector and serial configuration software $300
Relays and Contactors

  • Inertia switch $20
  • Ev200 contactor With aux contacts $100
  • Automotive 2pst 12V relays with socket $10 (2 available)
Power supplies/Chargers/DC-DC

  • DeltaQ charger $500
  • Sure power 71030i 72-96V dc-dc $125
  • Vicor Flacpac 300W 48V output power supply (AC supply)
  • Vicor VI-254-EU/B1 150V in, 48V out DC-DC converter $20
  • Vicor VI-J41-CY-B1 Vicor DC-DC 72V input, 12V output $20
Other

  • 250A 50mV shunts, Brass $20 (4 available)
  • Givi E33 Monolock top case + VFR700 rear rack kit $100

There's a local guy interested, but they're Headway 38120S cells, 10Ah in a 32s5p setup and they're basically unused. I got them a while back, but I've kept them about 75% SOC the entire time. All are balanced and have been binned with matching IR's so they can be assembled in groups with similar IR.
