Does anyone know? I think it was maybe discussed before at some point.
It might be used on the Brammo as well?

The Brammo and Zero instrument clusters are different.

I heard from the editor of City Bike that the instrument panel was sourced from some company in Asia (I can't recall the name). That panel is apparently somewhat generic and is used on various IC motorcycles built in that part of the world. I was told that the analog speedometer on the Zero is actually a tachometer on the IC bikes and that is why the Zero has two speedometers, one analog and one digital.

One of the posters on a Hellforleather DS review thread identified the cluster as being sold under the KOSO name. I don't know if they're the original manufacturer or if they also rebrand the cluster.

Differences:
* KOSO red shift light is green "traction motor enabled" indicator on the Zero cluster
* KOSO tach is the Zero analog speedometer (rather see this as a power indicator if the needle is responsive enough)
* KOSO neutral indicator is Zero over-temperature indicator
* KOSO water temp indicator is Zero system warning indicator
* KOSO oil temp indicator is not used
