Excellent condition. Rarely used. No dents or any problems whatsoever. Bought new in May 2011 for former girlfriend. No clutch just a throttle. Both brakes are on the bars. No worries about bending a foot brake lever. Can take the entire bile apart with 3 Allen keys. Only maintainance is to tighten the chain once in a while. Can be disasembled easliy to fit in a small space like a mini van or car trunk.  Very fun to ride. Great bike for a beginner or for the wife or girlfriend. Still has the power of a 250 for those seasoned riders. Virtually silent. All you can hear is the chain humming. Battery last 2 hours at trail speed and 40 minute at race speed. Has power saving options when running low on juice. Good suspension soaks up the rough stuff. A light kit is available for $450. to make it street legal if you want it for dual purpose. Comes with charger
