I don't know how much these cost, but I recently built my own from parts. Two syringes from the Vet, some airline and quarter turn valves from the aquarium shop and an empty bottle. I found the bleed valve leaked too much around the threads to make it work well, so I ended up doing it the more traditional way by opening and closing the bleed valve. However I would highly recommend getting a syringe and some airline tube simply for removing the old fluid from and putting new fluid into the reservoir. I used Motul 660 at the recommendation of Zero and found it to be very very good. (it would want to be for the cost).
