Production Plant Update
« on: September 02, 2022, 09:50:32 PM »

Hi all! I'm back from holiday and looking forward to continuing to connect with you all. :)

I didn't get you souvenirs from my trip, but I do have a present: updated images of the production plant!

If you want to learn more and see a couple more images, you can head to the Damon Lab: https://lab.damon.com/blogs/742624d3-bbde-48e1-a76c-f0ad8e7c018d/post/48661e50-3b86-40bc-8142-e4452328f2e7

Happy Friday and have a great weekend!!!

Just saw it on the Lab.  It's come a long way.

Hope you and the team enjoyed your time off and a huge thank you for the Damon swag, too kind.

Hi NEW2elec! Yeah, exciting, isn't it? BOSA Properties did a great job - we're excited to show you the interior over the next couple of months.

You are very welcome! Hope we see some photos of you sporting your Damon merchandise on social media and the Damon Lab soon. :) Thank you for your continued support.

Wadejesu, it's in Surrey BC Canada. Shooting for an end of the year completion and production soon after.  First bikes out by early 2023.

Barring any unforeseen setbacks.

Have you had any unforeseen setbacks, or are first bikes about to be delivered?

Well the new factory has hand written paper signs taped to the windows to denote its a Damon facility. Like 8 and a half by 11 printer paper.

Meanwhile the CEOs instagram is shopping for jewelry, GMC Hummer EVs, getting new Jeeps stuck in the mud on holiday after holiday.

It's obvious putting a motorcycle in a customers garage is the last thing on his mind.

Jeeps stuck in the mud?
Ooh, sounds like there was a storm, hope they didn't get hit with any Lightning.

Fuell went out of business. Is Damon still around?

Here's one that is has gone from creating the company, designing the bike and actually selling it members of the public in less time

Damon is involved in some weird spin-off/merger thing that I fail to understand after reading the press releases from the end of 2023 and from June 2024. I think it's eventually going to be called Grafiti. The valuations involved sound impractical. Maybe it's just money laundering?

It’s the Greater Fool theory. Someone buys shares at insane prices knowing that the business case is complete nonsense, but convinced that someone else will be a bigger fool and pay even more. This is all a result of the Fed’s unprecedented and reckless monetary policy since 2008. Printing trillions of dollars in funny money leads to companies like Damon raising hundreds of millions promising aerodynamic Transformer bots and showing doctored Ducati videos while real companies like Energica get squeezed out.
