I have just become the proud owner of a 5 year old Energica EVA107. The first ride out, I was constantly adjusting the mirrors but could not find that sweet spot. I think if the mirror mounts were a little longer they might be OK, so I examined the mirrors closely and found that there is an adjuster of sorts on the mount behind the mirror (as you look at it) and it occurred to me that if I could find an extender for that mount it might be just the thing I need.
My question is two fold - first, has anybody found a suitable extender for this application and second, if not, does anybody have the spec for the thread on that part.
If necessary I thought I might get a couple made and if it's a success, I could offer them on here at cost.

Mate, just a few posts below you will find most of the info you need.

I considered installing such an extender you described but in the end refrained bc I didn't think it would look good. But I agree these would probably help improving the function of the mirrors.
Assuming that the mirrors on your bike are the same as for my Ribelle MY22, the threads in the mirror stems are M10 (both sides regular).
The screw size of the mirror mounts are M8, but with different threads (right hand for left side, left hand for right side of the handlebar).
If you buy them, do yourself a favor and get screws made of stainless steel (A2 or better) or titanium, otherwise they quickly corrode bc they are exposed to rain and moisture.
