All,

After my experience today, I would just put out a caution on the Experia FW 43 update, making sure your dealer (and Energica) get their download software and protocols all worked out. What was hoped would be at most an hour of time completing this maintenance task turned into a 5-hour marathon of communication that finally resulted in a successful upgrade, but left me with a 2-hour ride in 40 degree darkness to get home.  I've had no time yet to explore the wonders of the new upgrade!

Glad they got it sorted out for you.  There's some nice changes and bug fixes.  I should have written them all down, as I'm forgetting.  heated grip adjustment on the fly, firmware version showing, glitchy looking consumption screen while adjusting cruise.  Those come to mind.
