Can anyone tell me is this is the lower seat?
Feels like im sitting very low.
Side note, if it is the lower seat, anyone want to trade for the normal or high seat?

Are there any other numbers anywhere on the seat? For the standard seat I found the part number 27-08194, for the high 27-08107, and for the low both 27-08196 and 27-08096 (the latter could be a typo, it was from a BMW dealer). I couldn't find any definitive photos of the low seat, however judging by photos of the standard seat and yours it looks like the gap between the two stitches on the rear "winged" parts of the seat is narrower so perhaps yours could be the low seat. It also looks a little thin overall, and from the "tank" your seat dips down where as photos of the standard seat look to be fairly flat.

EDIT: Actually I'm an idiot, the photo from the BMW dealer is the low seat. That one also looks to be narrow at the stitching and dips down in the middle:
