Diagnostic Screen

How do you turn screen off?, seems like only way is to turn key off and back on. How long does it take to do a diagnostic?

I just back out of it with the "back" button on the front of the left hand grip.

I also noticed no way to leave the diagnostic screen without turning the key off on my 2020 SS9-. Going by memory here as that bike is at my other house 100 miles away.

But the back button does work on my Experia to leave that diagnostic screen. I just now tried it, bike is parked, side stand down  in case that has anything to do with it. But I get a "status OK" under these conditions on my Experica and I can use the back out button to leave the diagnostic screen.

Not a big deal to turn the bike off after checking diagnostics, IMO. We only need to look at that screen when we have the error flag or else it will say "Status OK."

So which model Energica do you have? I assume not the Experia.

As was mentioned, toggle left button, but you must hold for 3-seconds...

2023 Ribelle RS, I will try the hold to left for a few seconds. I'm still trying to find out what happened to the motor current LEDs at top of display, see my other post.

Wade, I think those are something, again you can choose in the settings mode if they run or not, also I think they only show on one of the 3 screens you can be in.  I had the same issues, it was like, ok how come they light up sometimes but not all the time.  Turns out it was the screen I was on that determined how they were displayed.  They did not explain this very clearly in the instruction manual but try it, try each screen and romp the bike see if the light up in some and not in others.

Tried all the screens, still no LEDs. Not sure what the hell happened. I'll keep researching.
