I have 5 sets of the FoboBike II in use for a couple of years now and have no issues with them, I also have mounted the metal valves that comes with the kit and I balance the tire with the sensors in place.  But I will repeat what I have said before, Energica is supposedly a progressive brand .. electrical ... but they do not even have decent 2020... technology on board such as a simple TPMS sensor or a good and easy to operate Cruise Control etc ...  I don't praise a brand or manufacturer because I happened to buy something from them  ;)

Agreed on the cruise control, really bad placement there.  As for TPM, yah, I mean even if they offered 'advanced monitoring' as an add on or extra you could put on the bike, it would have been nice.

how cool would a screen be, a quick screen you could flick thru, that had LARGE NUMBERS so you can read them at fucking highway speeds w/o having to squint and squinch and really break your concentration on the road.

Tire Pressure,  38 / 37
Tire Temp:   115 / 119
Battery Voltage  308
Battery Temp  102

Maybe one or two other things, who knows, but basic NEEDED knowledge  BIG readable and right there.  You could have a user input section where you as the user can adjust alarm setpoints,  kind of like you can adjust other things from the current user menu.  Set the tire pressure alarm to say 30 PSI.  If you are riding and a tire drops, your existing screen, lets halo it out in yellow or put up an icon on the bottom of the speed reading that there is a warning, to go LOOK at what's going wrong!

Get your attention to go see what's bad.
This could Also be very useful for the 1001 other general faults that can pop up too.  You get a yellow triangle, or other warning, instead of having to sift thru 20 pages of menu as we currently do, squinting to find out WTF.  When a major alarm like that pops, you flick over to this screen, there it is BIG LETTERS across the bottom.

Turn Signal Error Code.  020A.

Ok fine, I just now seen at highway speeds, I have a turn signal fault.  I didn't have to really take my eyes off the road,  fiddle fuck with 3 different buttons to try to get to the right screen to find a menu item, pull down on it, etc etc, and yet somehow still try to pay attention to traffic around me.

Yes, we'd love to see this very much.

…not to mention that you can also change the motor mappings while riding - but you have to stop and disengage the “GO” mode to modify the heated handgrips setting :o. Ouch!

Spector, I have a KTM 1290 SA and it has a TPM just like you describe. Easy to scroll through the menus at highway speeds to glance at your tire pressure and when it starts to drop a warning pops up on the screen. Would love something just like it on my Ribelle.

The Ribelle, and I will assume, probably wrongly, the others have 3 main pages on their screen.  The main speed screen, the one with kw / watt hours, and the other one with torques and stuff.

Add a 4 th screen.  Call it the gen info screen or Diagnostic / Trouble screen.  Has your quick 3 or 4 items mentioned previously and ANYthing that pops up driving that is a cause for concern, it pops here it big letters

Something pops, you get an alert on your other screens, you flip over to this one to see what it is, push the mode button to acknowledge that you seen it, and clear the alert off the other screens. and go about what you need to do.

I say this for ALL vehicles, if something is going goofy, making people have to wade thru 20 menus and 40 different button press patterns to get to what it is is kind of disingenuous all around.  SHOW US WHATS WRONG!!  and Remember, WE ARE DRIVING, we really do NOT need to be taking our main concentration off the road to try to read teeny instructions / category headers etc to try to figure out what it is.
