What I am seeing here is, it was working, then he hit it with compressed air, and something stopped working?
Did you  mess something up with the compressed air?  Knock a wire loose or something?

no, it goes and doesn't go at times: last week it didn't work for me 3 times during the day and on the 4th it did. Then I tried yesterday and it worked right away, so I unplugged it and cleaned with air thinking the problem might be some dust, then I tried again and it didn't work anymore.
In reality it then always recharges, only it doesn't tell me the recharge time on the dashboard and I have to leave the bike on: when everything works, it gives me the remaining time and I can turn off the bike.
I don't understand what it depends on, but it's the bike because I also have another zero and that one never gives this problem.
Could it help to spray some contact cleaner spray on the DC connector? I had done it in the past, but then the doubt arose that a little dirt could form, and I wouldn't want that too to have caused the problem, so I then blew with compressed air
