Interview with Kenyon Kluge from Zero Motorcycles
« on: June 30, 2010, 10:38:15 AM »

My hat goes off to Kenyon. I thought he did a really good job at the Sonoma TTXGP with very little time put into his bike. Motorcycles are his life blood. I can relate to that.

Keyon is a cool guy, I spoke with him briefly at Infineon. The Zero S did well and he was a little worried about the batts making the entire race at race pace. Almost made it! Close enough to get the bike across the line one way or anther. The TTXGP pits loved it.

I also like that he is into downhill mountain bikes. I've been lurking on endless-sphere a lot recently checking out the electric conversions people are putting together. Zero gets knocked for using mountainbike components but I think in the long run this approach and research will pay off. The batts are just too heavy right now I guess.
