Park Mode
« on: October 13, 2022, 01:11:13 AM »

"an entierly unque feature to zero motor cycles" Not sure what that means.

Not sure how it works on energicas; but do you have to start your bike with the kill switch in off posiiton?

But i actually do really like the fact that we live in a time where you get more functions simply because of a software update.
I don see a park mode aparing on my ICE bike which did not have it before

On my Energica (all of them have had park mode for a really long time), once the bike is on you hold the start button for 3 seconds and that turns on park mode. Hold it for another 3 to turn it off.

I don't know why it seems to be so freaking complicated in that video.

The video shows a situation where it is very unlikely that I will need motor assistance for going backward. The typical case for me, encountered less than 10 times of the last three years, is after charging to go back up from a steep garage entrance which is too narrow for a U-turn.

Three position switch. Kill to the left, run to the right. Also need to have the front brake pressed in at the same time.

Oh yes - that was one of these situations where I found myself.
Had to fetch a guest of the near restaurant to help me out.
