If you are thinking of the new EV rebate rules that go into effect next year, I don't think so. They are a lot more complicated than the current rebate regulations and Zero would have to certify to the IRS that their motorcycles conform to the new EV credit requirements. My guess is that they won't or can't submit that documentation.  But if they do and the IRS approves their certification that their motorcycles meet the requirements of the new law then your application for a tax credit would likely be approved when you submit your 2023 tax return.

I searched all over the new rules and there is no mention of motorcycles any where , Thanks Joe!
