No, emissions are based upon current law.  Which is why cars from the 80s will never be grandfathered in California.

Depends very much on the jurisdiction. There are places where new 2-stroke bikes can no longer be registered for road use, but already-registered ones are grandfathered.

Yep, and old bikes got banned from Paris didn't they too? Plus ultra-low-emissions-zones springing up all over the UK and Europe.

Cas :)

Hello Chaps

My name is Connor and I am the Head of Europe for Alrendo motorcycles. If you have any questions about Alrendo or the TS Bravo, ask away.

There have been a few mini reviews posted on Youtube although they are only in French so far but there will be an Italian video uploaded any day now if you want some 3rd party responses to our pre-production model. There is also a Telegram group setup buy some Spanish guys but it is all in English. Some of the guys in that group have also ridden the bike.

Also before anyone asks, we will be releasing in the US eventually but are focusing on Europe for now since there is a lot more interest in EVs and its always best to go for the low hanging fruit to begin with.

I have seen the first models reaching France - they look close to Zero FXS (lower than SR, much lower than SRF) for the specs.
Do you have any number on the actual specs, price & models ?

Hi Connor,

I think your motorcycle looks great, but unfortunately I think the charging speed is a bit slow. Do you plan to offer a faster charging option, for example similar to the Charge Tank for Zero Motorcycles or the quick charger for BMW CE04 (or maybe CCS like the Energica)?

What battery chemistry are you using, and have you considered offering bidirectional charging (V2G & V2H)?
