There are threads here where a fellow , if I recall correctly he went by the user name nerveasy or some such, helped me and others with the same problem.
I had both front rotors warp within a few thousand miles. One was warped already when I left the dealer.
I replaced them both with new ones from AF1 and in a couple thousand miles, one of them had warped again and had cracks. I don't use the brakes much, much less abuse them, and I know how to ride a bike as I've been commuting on them daily for decades. I did nothing wrong. The brake disk material or fab process is utter rubbish.
Nerveasy's solution was to replace the Zero branded brakes with a substitute one made by EBC, and there are some different carrier bolts you need that come off an R1 or something like that.
At first, EBC sent me the wrong disks and it was because of my order that they corrected their parts catalog. You can find it in there now as the right number.
Since I did that, I had no more problems. Before you spend more money on these crap disks I suggest you look for that and consider it.
I've put about 20k miles on my EBC disks add pads and they are working as well as the day I put them on.
Good luck.
