SR/S Steering Head Bearings and Fork Specs

Currently rebuilding the front end of my 2020 SR/S that was banged up in a crash. Can anyone with more access to information shed some light on what the factory recommends for the below specs?

- Steering stem lock nut torque value (that preloads the steering head bearings)
- Steering stem nut torque value (that connects the steering stem to the upper triple clamp)
- Grease used

The bearings are Koyo SAC3055-1, which incidentally is also used on some Hondas (Honda p/n 91016KT8005). As far as I can tell, these bearings are used across the Zero range.

I'm also rebuilding the forks and could use:

- Recommended fork oil
- Fork oil level

There were no links to the SR/S or SR/F from what I can see.

Since I own a 2018 SR, I downloaded the appropriate service manual for that model.    Below is a link to the steering torque values.   I couldn't find any recommendation for a specific grease for the steering head bearings.

EDIT:  I also checked the 2017 FXS manual for the torque specs.   They are slightly different than the SR.   I uploaded a screenshot of those too.

I did note that although the SR manual says 102 Nm, if you look at the procedure, it still says 81 Nm which matches the FX manual. I am thinking that the value shown in the table is just a typo, because then the torque values would be the same for all bikes.

For reference, the locknut requires 68 Nm to seat, then back off to hand tight and retorque to 34 Nm. Loctite 609 is used on the bearing inner and outer races.

It looks like Showa SS No. 8 oil is shown for all the bikes, although the oil volume and level is unique to each bike.

I rebuilt my '20 SR/S frontend a month or two ago. I used RaceTech 5w fork oil. There are definitely differences in actual oil viscosity at different temperatures between each brand (One brand's 5w is another 10w - see image), so the important thing is to pick an oil that feels good for your setup and stick with it.
In other bikes I've owned with Showa BP-SFF forks, the spec oil was Showa SS-47, which I understand is a replacement for SS-8. If you're having a hard time finding Showa oil for a reasonable price, you can try looking for Honda or Kawasaki-branded SS-8/SS-47 oil, which should be similar. 10w oils from other brands like Bel-Ray, Maxima, etc should be close as well and much cheaper.
I forget what I set the fork oil level too. I just matched whatever was in there when I took them apart. Other bikes I've had were spec'd around 90mm.

For steering head grease, I just used a Bel-Ray waterproof grease. Any good automotive waterproof bearing grease should be fine, just make sure to properly clean and re-pack them.
My head bearings were tapered bearings, where torque values are basically useless. I assume yours are too. When setting tapered bearings, it's all by feel - you want them tight enough so when you try to rock the forks you don't feel any movement, but no tighter. It's better to be tighter than looser. There are good tutorials on YouTube for what to do. Just make sure you check them again after a hundred miles as they like to loosen up after being set.
For the upper triple lock nut, I just tightened by feel, since I couldn't find a torque value either.
