I'm surprised people still call our North American voltages 110/220 when they're really 120/240. Guess it's old-time terminology sticking around.

Here's a better video:
...
The charger itself is on your bike, under the seat. The hardware to which you're referring is a glorified extension cable. I never used mine so I gave it away. To be fair I already had a 32 amp one that plugged into a 14-50, but I almost never charge at home.
Thanks, MV. Good video, I agree.

My wall outlet shows 123 volts unloaded, but drops to 118 volts when my Zero's charger is under a full head of steam, according to a Kill A Watt meter.

Ever notice a 2 by 4 block of wood is never 2 by 4"?    But if you go back for enough, they really were 2" by 4".

I think there was also a time when 110 and 220 VAC  was common in houses. Names just don't change for the times.

Years ago when I was managing a PG&E underground district for the city that I worked for, some of the industrial businesses on the street were upset when they found out they had to replace their very old 208V transformers with new 240V transformers at considerable expense. They were not happy campers as they didn't ask to have their utilities placed underground. But the city did.

I have a reservation for the upcoming F-150 Lightning, and it comes with an 80A EVSE! No clue on how much the vehicle-to-load equipment installation will cost, though.
It does not.

That's a several-thousand dollar option on upper trims.

Hey all,

I picked up my 2022 Ribelle last week and they had not received the charger yet. The dealer is loaning me a 110V charger while they wait for it to come in. Has anyone else had these issues, and how long did it take to actually receive the charger? It really seems like a massive oversight to ship an ELECTRIC motorcycle without a means of charging it.

I opted out for the EVSE, when i ordered mine (i already have one that i don't use much for my car).

It is on the "Accessories" page in the configurator "AC-domestic charging cable" at €285. While technically not the worst price (the one for my car was priced ~1700€ three years ago as an aftermarket item), you still can use third party ones costing about the same (~200-400 €).

That's interesting - when I ordered in the US in March it wasn't on the options page. The only option that mentioned an EVSE was the RS option for >$1000 and I thought that cable was different from the one I figured came with the base model. I don't know if it's an option for folks ordering now. The funny thing is that the RS package includes a "Storage Kit" with three accessories - a charging cable, stretch indoor cover, and rear stand. The cover and stand are also available for individual purchase, which is why I figured the charging cable was specific to the RS version.

Just an update - the charging cable came straight from Amazon sometime in the last few days and was waiting for me when I got home from a trip last night. It's a Megear 220V cable, and seems to work fine. I set the bike to LPR mode (per the advice in my other recent thread) and plugged it in, so everything is good!
