Are you guys still meeting on Saturday May 15th at the Reno HD at 9am?

I am now in Auburn, I plan on taking a ride to the BMW shop in Livermore tomorrow (Wednesday, May 12) on my Energica. Mainly just going for the ride. But I will be back in Reno in the next few days and I should be there at the Reno HD shop to meet you other Energica guys.

If many are going around Lake Tahoe, there could be an issue if too many bikes as many of the CCS charge station locations only have one charger.  If I join you guys for that ride, perhaps I should take an ICE bike. But OTOH, I want to meet you guys on my Energica.

How many are expected to show up at the HD shop for the Tahoe ride?

I take it those 8 guys are in Reno already. I will head for the HD shop around 0900 hrs in the morning on my Energica.

I have yet to see any other Energica on the road anywhere.  Not even in CA. Tomorrow, I should see a small crowd of Energicas, assuming everybody is going by the plan. The weather has been nice for such a trip over the mountains, I was up there yesterday at 7,240 feet.

I am now  3.5 miles from the Harley shop here as the crow flies, but 4.9 miles  by road.

Well, we met, but not all at the same time and because of the  weather (rain and strong winds) we didn't do the Lake Tahoe thing. Perhaps tomorrow.

Around a dozen bikes showed up, mostly 21.5 KWH Energicas, but also one Livewire and one Zero SR/F.

For the Tahoe trip, I would have the smallest battery of those who were going to go. Some headed back for the LA area,

Weather looks better today.   The ride around Lake Tahoe will happen this morning.  Two bikes are already in South Lake Tahoe.  The Livewire is still in Reno.  Would love to anyone that wants to join to meet us at the Lake for lunch and the. We’re ride the loop together and take some great pics.

If I only knew where you guys were having lunch, I could meet you there. Lake Tahoe is a lot of area.

We are meeting in South Lake Tahoe at the Chargepoint fast chargers at noon.  We will
Have 3 bikes.  Two Energica and Livewire.

Lunch while bikes are charging and then we’ll ride around the lake.

If anyone can make it that’d be great.

Really bummed we couldn’t make the ride happen yesterday.  We would have had 9 bikes on the ride.

Actually since there may be 4 of us, let’s meet at the Bank of America EA chargers.  There are 4 of them there.  Still noon time.

Okay, I will be there. I wanted to check out that new location anyway. I will be there at noon. I already have the BOA charge location in my GPS.

Nine bikes would be a hassle to charge at Lake Tahoe anyway.

BTW, did you guys take the Mt. Rose Highway and stop at the Tahoe view point on the south side of the road pass the summit?  You didn't want to miss that!
