Oh I hit limp mode all the time. Exact same battery as yours. 2018 SS9.

To reply to above question,

In this particular case I went into Limp mode at 1%. To be noted prior to that I did a Full charge then 300km driving including 2x DC fast charge.

I suspect the start of limp mode will actually depend on battery temp and actual balancing of the cell. The logical think would be that limp mode activate once the lowest voltage cell reach the warning treshold... This is just speculation on my side though.

I've gone into Limp Mode as high as 17%. Generally it depends on how hard you're hammering the battery.
OIC. I had to ride at 0 SOC for about a mile to get into limp mode. I guess I am extra easy on my battery.

Also - there's no "Beat Light" just "Charge Light" which toggles the headlights when selected...different model firmware perhaps.

Sort of Necro bump but regarding this, I'm borrowing an SS9+ right now and the Electric Beat Light is definitely there. Top menu item which I believe is Preferences.
