2015 Zero SR pops low voltage fuse

G'day,

I have been working on a Zero SR for a few hours now, with the assistance of a mate who makes ebicycles - he was keen to see how the higher powered components work.

About me:
I own diesels and work on them alot. I have built a landcruiser from three trucks, then converted it from petrol to diesel. So relays, restitance values, continuity checks, blown fusses and gammy wiring connections are in my wheelhouse. More specific and specialised e-lexicon is not, so please bare with me.

About the bike:
Was purchased in Australia, as we know Zero folded here so support is minimal. We know the fuse to the left of the seat pops every time we seat it. We have 2 of the Sevcon DCDC converters, both have been tested, both pop fuses when plugged in. When we test the orange and yellow stripe coming from back of fuse to input+ on DCDC for continuity, we get a little beep, then nothing.

Call me a fool, but I am suss as heck on this wire. Additionally the ground strap from frame to batt is off the bike, I assumed as it was RF it was to manage noise similar to straps from block, to chassis, to body on the larger diesels.

All that said, I have questions for the users.

1. Have you made/got/miracously acquired a wiring guide for the 2015 SR? I loved doc and burtons work on the older bikes, but there are some key differences in what I have and whats diagramed.

2. Have you had this issue? What was the culprit? My research indicates its a common after riding in the wet.

3. Is there a bypass to charge the battery? Im mindful of the bike being unpowered for a while, so would love to get it on a float charge at least.

I'm about to do the forum search, then do some intensive reading, pretty excited to work out what my mischief is.
