Are you talking about the bottom ones that hold the switch itself? Cause from what I can see these on mine aren't torx but flat head screws.

Measured and I need a T6.  Agreed, opportunity to get a small 1/4in torx set. 
Such a hassle for such a small thing.
I’m genuinely looking forward to getting regen trigger and cruise control disable via my brake lever again.

Saw that.  Oddly for 2020 builds. I wonder if the same issue affected some but maybe less of the earlier bikes like mine. I’m now hoping the replacement I have isn’t carrying the same IP issue.

Yes, those are the ones.  On mine they are Torx (unless my eyesight has failed me), but I only checked the replacement screws that came with the new unit.  I’ll go check the ones on my bike now you’ve mentioned it.  I didn’t think they could be different.

Well my switch is already replaced so could be that they then also replaced the screws.

Lo and behold.
I replaced the switch today, joy!
And then I called Zero EU about another issue (cloud account needed resetting).  They put me in touch with a new dealer who immediately contacted me and asked to bring the bike in for the recall on the brake switch.
