Basically you need a Zero FX.
Cas
People kepp saying that. 2 problems. First Zero has withdrawn from Australia. Second ,they were insanely expensive in Aus. This country has a habit of some person seeing an opportunity to make a killing and importing something then charging a huge premium because they get a exclusive deal. Usually with no support for the product locally ( They are there to make money, not interact with the product). The product then gets a reputation for unreliability, or lack of support or just plain ripoff from the distributor. I don't know if this is what happened to Zero, because it was jus before my interest in getting an emotorcycle, but it is the norm. And it's a shame as I think Zero is a fine product, though more bike than I need.
It is almost certain that the bike I end up with will be Asian of some sort , most likely China ( getting less likely as China goes to economic war with the world), India, Taiwan ( hopefully), Korea, Thailand or India. Anything out of the first world will to too exspensive to be economic.
I should add that getting a bike so it can be registered in Australia, requires prohititive standards testing for the compliance plates.
