SRF display stuck
« on: November 09, 2020, 07:30:27 PM »

Hello everyone. Wondering if anyone has come across this issue. I went to change the time on my srf & now the display is stuck in the time change display. It stays on even when the bike is off & the key is pulled out. I have an email into zero service but being that its Sunday I don't expect an answer from them today. Hopefully tomorrow

Have you tried pulling the fuse to reboot the computer?

I have not tried that. I am going to talk(try to) Zero first. Thanks for the idea

It took awhile but finally got through to Zero. They told me they haven't come across this issue before. They told me that the display may have to be replaced. A device is scheduled for the 25th. I'll let you know what comes of it

I picked up my bike this afternoon. The service guy said it is a known glitch. Zero had them disconnect the battery, reconnect it then update the firmware. They assured me it won't happen again. I will keep my fingers crossed. Anyways, thanks for listening & rubberside down
