Update: I have purchased everything I need to lift the rear wheel and adjust the belt tension.

- I recorded the acceleration-deceleration sound with the wheel raised

- belt tension varies from 35kg to 60kg (measured in 4 different points)

- the belt is close to the left edge behind and to the right edge on the front pulley (without touching the edges)

- the noise seems to come from the front pulley

As soon as the rest of the tools arrive I will try to reduce the belt tension to see if anything improves.

I am running in custom mode with 0% neutral and 100% brakes and the noise is absent

My SR makes allmost the same noice. Readjusting the belt tension from 70kg to 50kg made it a lot quieter.

Update 2

After a couple of attempts to adjust the tension (it was the first time I did it) I was finally able to adjust it to a more or less constant 25kg at different points of the rotation.
The noise has become almost imperceptible, and indeed I have noticed that it is also connected to the outside temperature.

For three consecutive days when I took the bike from the garage (30-35° C) the noise was heard (however much less than before) while when I brought it back in the evening (20° C) it was totally absent. It is likely that the thermal shock and possibly the humidity in some way affects the tension or other parameters of the belt.

However, I need this opportunity to thank all those who have helped me. This forum is indispensable for Zero bikes, even if it causes read addiction (and that's not always good!)  ;D

Exactly same conclusions I ended up with :), tension and temperature

Good job!
