One option might be if the Energica pegs are similar to, say BMW GS, for which lower peg options are available.

Not from the images I have seen. 1198 rear brake lever pivots off the motor not from the rear set like Energica.

As for lowering options for the SS9 pegs there are no off the shelf parts I can confirm fitting. However I suspect that another brands pegs would fit the factory Energica holders just pull the pins and swap over? Take measurements and try to source components with the same dimensions.

Alternatively you could lower the location the rear sets mounted by creating a spacer that bolts to the stock frame locations and moves the rear set mounting locations down. This would change the position your weight leverage onto the brackets of the frame and might cause issues?

Analogy: Zero uses some KTM parts, which makes mods easier.
If Energica specs pegs from Ducati or another neighbor, and someone out there knows the exact make and model, I'm home free.

I should have been a bit clearer, I'm talking about the front brake lever. Just to quote that there are also Ducati (Brembo) parts on the bike. Perhaps that was also the case of the footrests of some type of Ducatie, not especially the 1198. I edited the previous post and mentioned "front".

All, in Germany alone, there are companies that build customized foot peg lowering adapter.

I'm sure you will also find similar companies all over the world, certainly in the US.

Second option is to measure the interface dimensions and see if foot pegs are available on the aftermarket with the same dimensions.

The advantage I have is that I have a complete machine workshop, I have milling machines, lathe, tig welding etc ... I normally build Harley's from the ground up for which I also make most custom parts myself. So if the footrests of my ordered Ribelle are too high, I will make something for that, I do not expect the Ribelle until sometime in August

I'll keep you updated, I have no clue if they will sit fine or not, I never rode a Ribelle myself   , I ordered one and my first drive will be at the delivery day.

According to the photo, I suspect that the Ribelle is 3 cm higher and 5 cm more backward.

 It could be the same peg but mounted at a different spot on the motorcycle.

Just wanted to clarify a few things.

The pegs of all Energica motorcycles (2018+) are all the same.

The parts that the pegs attach "rear sets" are different for each of the 3 models in the lineup.
The threaded mounting positions on the frame where the rear sets attach are the same.

According to the photo, I suspect that the Ribelle is 3 cm higher and 5 cm more backward.

These numbers sound accurate, Ribelle has a more committed sport riding position, somewhere between the SS9 and the EGO.

When I go to pick up my Ribelle, I will take some closeup photos of the SS9 footpegs and possibly note some dimensions.
