In the settings of Android "Location" has to be "On".

Otherwise the app will not connect with the bike.

Wow!!! Thank you so much!! It worked on my S10e too. I had tried everything, even a soft reset but there was no way to connect the bike since I updated to Android 10. I have never thought of trying that silly thing, you saved me. Thanks a lot!
