Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and also to the electric scene, I drive motorcycles for over 35 years now, I have done superbike races for 10 years and I build complete bikes
and engines from scratch. I own 8 bikes at this time, all ice bikes, I have a Goldwing GL1800 for road trips , a GSXR1000 because I have the need for speed and 6
Harley's to cruise.

That was a brief introduction and now my actual question,

I'm going to order a new Ribelle, so I have a for me important question, what would the real life range be at an average speed between 90 à 100 mls/hour ?  I ask
this because it is my average speed now with my ice motor, I have to be able to drive about 40 mls and then I can charge there.

My daily commute is 38 miles each way. With a mix of lane splitting and 80+ cruising I chew up about 70% battery on my 13kw EsseEsse9. If I recall correctly, my worst case cruising at about 80mph the entire way when traffic was light I chewed up about 80%+ of my battery to go those same 38 miles.

I'm waiting to take delivery of the Ribelle I ordered and once my job re-opens the office, I'll be able to provide a better report on battery usage on the 21kw battery.

At 90mph-100mph though you'll probably just get about 40 miles on a charge, even with the larger Ribelle battery. Just my personal guess though. Again, once I get mine I'll have a better idea of freeway range. Based on my EsseEsse9 though, 70mph seems to be the sweet spot for freeway cruising and range without being a rolling road hazard, at least here in the Northern California Bay Area.
