The FXE is lots of fun on the twisty sections.  The suspension sucks.  Going to look into some options for improving the compliance.  I like it alright under braking and out of corners, but over bumps, not so much.

Considering getting the front forks fitted with different springs and valving.

Anybody know if anyone has had substantial success doing this on the smaller zeros?

Good info in this thread:  https://electricmotorcycleforum.com/boards/index.php?topic=7737

"We can revalve and spring this suspension. We have gold valves and springs available. Are you planning on bringing in the whole bike? = )

This bike is being sold today.  Moving on to Energica.

I actually tried to discourage the buyer by revealing my real world range experience with the bike, despite how much fun it is.  He still wants it for a 10 mile commute each way.  For that, it is awesome.

See you over at the Energica side of life!
