High Visibility Vest?

Can anyone recommend a high visibility vest?  I'd like something that fits over my Joe Rocket jacket if possible.

Some years ago I bought a Triumph-brand HV vest that fits over my Triumph leather jacket. But I bet these vests are available from many other vendors.
