Is there an adjustable pedal brake lever?
« on: September 17, 2019, 01:55:49 PM »

Hello, everyone,
recently I discovered that the brake lever of the zero fx is not adjustable, as were all my old thermal bikes. Is there any accessory that can be used to make this lever adjustable? Or a non-original spare part to replace so that you can adjust it as best you can? Thanks

You can't adjust the rod length at the master cylinder? If not the later pedal is two piece. You can get either the street peg or the FX style peg. Or you could make a piece to locate the peg to your desired location. If you took a fender washer, you could drill a hole in it and you could rotate it 360 degrees like a cam to find the best spot.

If you are talking about the rear brake pedal, it's adjustable at the clevis. Remove the pin, loosen the jam nut and turn clevis in or out.

That's what I meant.

Yes, I had seen that there is an adjustment but it is not convenient to do it on the way to find the best setup: in enduro thermal bikes usually just a key fork and you change the position immediately, without where to disassemble anything. Isn't there a modification ready to do the same here?  Thank you

I've added this to the unofficial manual:

I'll probably move this to a separate page soon, though (it's a shortcut for now):
