first, sorry for my bad english I am from Montreal, Québec, Canada
the 3 data I used for my rule of thumb are (160km a 50km/h) (97km at 89km/h) and (64km at 113km/h)
https://www.topspeed.com/motorcycles/motorcycle-reviews/zero-motorcycles/2019-zero-fxs-ar184409.htmlif I want to travel 1000km and assume a 1C charging and that lvl2 chargers are everywere:)
At 50km/h its a 26.21 hour ride (20h riding/6.25h charging)
At 89km/h its a 21.54 hour ride (11.24h riding/10.3h charging) (close to 1C riding)
At 113km/h its a 24.47 hour ride (8.85h riding 15.6h charging)
with a Emotorcycle you can go fast or far, not both
(I still love my fsx)
yes, to have the exact optimal speed you need to your wh/km at any speed, and I dont have that data with my 2018fxs but I know that my theory is pretty acurate for my case.
and others things to take in consideration while finding the optimal time efficient speeds for a trip are, the weather, the emplacement of the chargers, the bonus charge when you sleep (long trip
) or stop for others reason then charging (tourism or whatever) and if you ride behind something big
( on my fxs riding 1-2car length behind a semi at 80km/h is like riding about 50km/h behind nothing)
is there a way to know my wh/km?
finaly lets talk about the most time efficient speed for my ICE car
