The riding position looks pretty close to an Energica Eva so the Lightning Strike may be a street fighter design.

I really don’t understand the purpose of this drip feeding of information. Is it supposed to make me feel excited? Cause It’s not. It’s making me want to spend my money elsewhere. Really getting fed up with this Don Draper school of marketing.

Lincoln was right.  You can please some of the people all of the time.  You can please all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time.

I remember when Buell was in business how annoyed I used to feel when you never heard anything at all from the company until the new models were officially announced.  I wonder how many sales they lost because other manufacturers had hooked potential Buell customers by pre-announcing models.  It was the same logic Harley Davidson USED to follow, too.  Not anymore; look at how they've marketed the LiveWire and the other new, non-traditional bikes.

Major theatrical houses release trailers for upcoming movies for the same reason:  to get you interested.  Me, I'm dying of curiosity now... for both the Strike AND the SR/F from Zero.

I’m happy for you. Just wondering how much of your curiosity stems from the nature of the product versus the marketing strategy.

The nature of the product, of course.

My guess is the idea is to track who clicks on these little articles and then use the cookies they drop to target those folks with paid advertising in spots on web pages they go to.  Zero seems to use this and test ride promotion.  The place to test ride one for this Lightning remains a mystery.

Am I missing something, or does Lightning not have a sub-forum under makes and models?

Yeah, I'm a little surprised about that, considering how many sub-forums there are for "dead" companies here.

I'm sure they'll get their own forum soon.  Don't think there was much of a need for one before given the number of people that owned the LS-218.

I think I can guarantee that NO ONE here owns a MotoCzysz, yet they have a sub forum.
