I bought this Electric Motorcycle last year from a former Zero dealership in Calgary. The bike was used as a demo and had a dead battery and next to zero kms on it.
The battery has been replaced (the current battery has almost twice the capacity compared to the original, 66Ah now vs 37Ah original) and the bike is working perfectly.
This is a small electric motorcycle ideal to commute to work.
This Motorcycle is basically new! The original price new is 8000USD.
Details and Specs:
-About 325km total on the odometer. 23hrs of use.
-Speed up to 100kmh
-Range on a single charge (tested) 50-80km depending on speed, wind, weight of rider, etc.
-Onboard 110v 1.3kw charger. Uses a normal 110v plug so you can plug in and charge anywhere. A lot of charging station for electric cars have a 110v plug (L1) on top of the L2/L3 interface.
-Charge from 0% to ~90% in 2.5hrs
-Additional "fuel" gauge for more accurate reading on battery level (the original display is calibrated on the original battery, which had much less juice)
-Currently registered, plated and insured. Can go on the road like any other motorcycle.
