CSC City Slicker
« on: June 13, 2018, 08:35:57 PM »

CSC plans to market a Chinese-made small, Grom-style, electric motorcycle and sell it in the U.S. for only $2,395, which includes shipping, assembly and DMV documentation fee.  I assume the the bike will be shipped directly to your home as are the IC models that they are currently importing.  This seems like a really good marketing move to me.  While the bike does not have much of a range or top speed, it would be perfect for someone living in a dense city like San Francisco, where speeds and travel distances are low. But the real advantage is that it has the potential to introduce new riders to electric power at a price that they can afford.   :)
