Need a 12v accessory kit like that which zero sells on their website, but looking for one in Australia, I'd prefer not to deal with zero motorcycles in Australia as they don't reply to quotes or enquiries made online. Cheaper I can find it the better, also I have no idea how to install one yet, but we'll pass that bridge when we come to it.
anyone know where I can find one or have a second hand one up for sale?

All you need is a cheap SAE plug. The same kind that would come on a battery tender.  There is an SAE under the tank in the loom running down the left.

I second Mrwilsn. 

There are two 12V accessory plugs.  One SAE, the other is the sumitomo(something like that, 2016) that the zero accessory kit uses, I think.  There is also an old Harley (Buell) part number floating around for a sumitomo plug to cigarette socket.  If your lucky you can find one and it should be cheaper than the price listed with Zero for effectively the same plug.  I searched all of North America.  Sold out!  You might have luck down under.

That said, the SAE connector is probably the easiest.  Bit of a PITA to find for the first time.  Mine was zap strapped tight to the frame.  You can split it easy enough to multiple accessories as needed.  For example, I have my SAE split to a cigarette socket and another SAE that I attach an adapter for 12V heated gear.  As long as I don't pull more than 15A(?)  I won't blow the fuse and everything is peaches.  12V accessories fuse is in the fuse box under the seat.

Do you have Amazon down under?  Any place that sells battery tender should sell SAE plugs with ring terminals on the other end.  Just cut the ring terminals off and wire up what you want to it.

You can buy some of these and cut them in half.  Make sure you test for positive and negative so that you are absolutely sure you have it right because the SAE plugs aren't fool proof.

Too easy - Jaycar! They sell a really decent waterproof USB outlet. I also got an SAE 5 way splitter use one for grip heaters, one for the USB charger and a few spares just in case. Look at this on eBay:

Anyone have any idea where to find a hot 12v circuit? I have a camera that wants a switched circuit for main power, and a hot 12v circuit to maintain settings in sleep mode.  I'm guessing the ignition is on a 12v circuit, but I'm looking for a convenient place to tap into it.
