Hello All! Brand new here...1st post. I'm Ryan and live close to Salt Lake City, UT. I just ordered my 1st electric motorcycle...a new 2017 FX 6.5 modular that hopefully, arrives in a few days! I'm certainly excited! I'm a newbie motorcycle rider and just bought a lightly used Yamaha TW200 a couple months back when I got my learners permit. Maybe I'll take the riding skills test on my Zero...ha ha. I guess that's cheating, but they said they allow it, so why not?
I've had a few electric mountain bikes and so the Zero FX seemed like a fun upgrade after researching the Zeros quite a bit. I need to get my accessories and am looking for some input from you guys...especially the FX riders. For now, I plan to ride semi-gentle offroad and am hoping to stay with the belt and not have to go chain. I'll repost this with more info in the right forum section.
