California EV rebate waiting list

Hello,
just received confirmation about my rebate, but there was a note about a waiting list. If you have submitted the application after June 9, you will be going in a waiting list depending on future funds available...

I think that happens every year.  All of those Leaf and Tesla customers really suck up the rebate funds.   ::)

Submitted application & all paperwork = 16 April
Received $900 CA rebate yesterday = 17 June

2 months for CA bureaucracy-anything is remarkable, IMO

Submitted application ($900 amount requested) and paperwork (out-of-state license) May 19, 2016.
Notification of documents received May 20, 2016.
Application re-classified as incomplete and request for more information Jun 17, 2016.
Submit more information and application approved Jun 17, 2016.
Notification of check sent Jul 19, 2016.
Check received in mail Jul 21, 2016.
