Here are some photos of my naked motorcycle.  They are really quite revealing!  All the curvy bits that are withheld from plain view are laid bare.  Don't blow a fuse checking out these rare and raw images...

A bit of cheeky Facebook fun eh.  But two questions.  The first one is are you just giving the bike a once over before your long trip (good idea always) or some new custom goodies going on?
Next the picture with the fuses, how do you get to them to change them?  Do you have to remove that Y support to reach them or is there some trick i don't see?

Thanks for the photos, they really give a new perspective on the bike. So if I see it correctly the powertank is just connected with a big Anderson plug?

Those mountings for the plastic on the bike, do they feel strong enough to hold let's say a fairing?

The factory plastics are mounted with quite a few fasteners. Most of them are the same - hex head 4mm thread I think. Not too sturdy, but since there many of them, I think they will hold a properly designed fairing just fine. They screw into metal threaded inserts in the frame. I think one can easily add some more inserts if needed, but I would not go overboard as to not make a Swiss cheese out of the frame. Perhaps a couple of bigger bolts can be installed on the front and top of the frame where there is extra material to support them.

I've stripped all plastics off my SR (other than the tail and the controller cover) to check for lose connections. I did not find any suspect connections. There were two or three cables and connectors that I thought could use extra cable ties - they were not well secured and I'm sure would rattle or rub from vibrations - so I tied them-down before reassembling.

The charger being mounted under the battery, fully enclosed in plastic, and without any active cooling, I  thought is not a very good design. The charger does get quite warm when charging even in cool weather. And I would think the battery enclosure above it is where some of that heat would dissipate from. I lately place a room fan near the bike to blow at the charger when charging to keep things cooler.

A lot of the racers mount race fairings, so I would look at that.

Its probably a M5 or M6 screw which has a tensile strength well over 1000 lb each, FYI

Some custom goodies are coming.  There will be photos and possibly video of that soon. 

The fuses are easily accessible, there is just a clear plastic cover over them to keep them safe from the elements. 

Erasmo, I believe there are some other details involved in adding a power tank, but yes there is a massive anderson connecter there, too.
