I am totally jazzed! I just got my Motorcyclist magazine in the mail and they have done a series on green motorcycles from the Zero S and the Brammo TTR to a 100 mpg diesel bike. Very cool to see this reviewed in my favorite magazine. It is the October issue and I highly recommend everyone check it out. Motorcyclist mag. is often blunt and they don't pull their punches. I like this. I was thrilled to see a very positive review of the Zero S. It got 4 out of 5 stars which is a great review for any bike, ICE or electric. The Quantya Strada got 3.5 stars, the Brammo TTR got 3 stars. This issue also features a look at a Santa Barbara guys electric GSX-r (a great looking bike) and some green goodies for use on any motorcycle like environmentally safe chain cleaner . Back to the Zero, Motorcyclist talked clearly about the great acceleration and handling of the Zero S and was realistic when talking about the bike in comparison to ICE bikes. Being realistic in my own assessment of the Zero is something my enthusiasm for the Zero often makes difficult for me. Apologies for any fuzzy thinking in previous posts.
