ZERO DS SUPERMOTO LOOK
« on: April 22, 2016, 07:06:02 PM »

Be interested to hear if anyone has gone for the Supermoto look with their DS. I didn't like the look of the fxs,and wonder if anyone has fitted a headlight fairing on the DS and changed the rear fender ? Does the FX or fxs rear fender fit the DS anyone know ?
When the dualsport  tyres run out,I'll probably go for a more tarmac focused rubber , be interested to hear if anyone has changed the DS's boots

Hi

Yes those rims come with the 2011 Zero S and DS

Those tyres are cheap Duro  tires. The 16" rim dont leave alot of choice.

Doc are you sure that's not a 2011 DS?

I know you have a 2012 but iit has extra batteries as side cases, right?  Not this one.

Yes you are right, I made a typo error.. Thanks for the correction.

BTW next conversion is a 2012SR  powertrain to 2015 frame =)

It's an LSL Urban Headlight and seems to be used on Yamaha's MT-03 but doesn't seem to have a known fairing kit.
