I am sure it will sell as well as the Toyota Mirai in the US! I think California has all of four retail hydrogen filling stations.

Solution looking for a problem.

Even all day riding requirements could be serviced by a 1-2 kWh battery (5-10 kg), at 15-20 mph.

Charging infrastructure would be simply plugging into the wall.

Maybe for an electric Tour de France? Or bike touring? Kind of moot until hydrogen filling infrastructure exists along select routes.

It is interesting that they are trying to make it work, but at more than twice the price of an electric bicycle, and with the same speed and range, I doubt it will take off. The recharge times are nice, but the average person would only need to charge an electric bike once over night, and maybe while at work if their commute is more 50kms away.

And the storys on Autoblog is that they are out of service for months at a time.
