That video that Ted attached to his article seemed more about promoting the company owner than about their vehicles.  To me it did seem to contain quite a bit of "puff" and not much in the way of facts.  The scooter look nice, but that part about the motors lasting forever seemed to be on the "Perpetual Motion" side of the BS scale.
