I've mailed a few companies that produce bespoke cables and adapters to ask for quotes for a Mennekes-C13 plug that can authenticate at charging stations.
Europe uses mostly Mennekes plugs for charger side connections and for a lot of charging poles you need to bring your own cable so the inlet that adapter that Zero offers can't be used here.
When I get somes quotes back and find a good supplier I might start an Indiegogo campaign to lure in people that aren't on the forums but I wanted to give the users here a heads up.
Cost I can't say that much about yet, a similar cable without EVSE support goes for about €130 so expect that and a plus for the EVSE support.
So, is there some interest here for such a thing?
