Govecs e-scooters to be rented in San Francisco

It looks like a company called Scoot Networks is planning to rent Govecs electric scooters in San Francisco.  They will be rented to any auto licensed customer so that they can tour the city and see the sights.  I hope they have good insurance coverage.   ::)
